Ingredients:
• Spaghetti (or any pasta you love)
• Allium (thin slices)
• Extra Virgin Residue Olive Oil
• Chili flakes
• Fresh parsley
• Salt
How to Prepare:
When pasta is al dente, boil it until almost cooked In a pan, heat olive oil and lightly saut -IN singing the garlic auor one is not to burn it. Add chili flakes and toss in the pasta and mix well. Pour or dish up with parsley garnish on top and serve hot.
2. Homemade style Margherita Pizza
A symbol of true Italian and which is simple and yet impossible to resist.
Ingredients:
• Pizza dough (homemade or bought in the shop)
• Tomato sauce
• New mozzarella cheese
• Basil leaves
• Olive oil
• Salt
How to prepare:
Arrange tomato sauce over rolled-out dough, place slices of mozzarella on and bake until the top is brown and bubbly. After removing the pan out of the oven add the fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil. Fast, easy and a weeknight wonder.
3. Caprese Salad
It is a no cook recipe that tastes like a meal.
Ingredients:
• Fresh mozzarella
• Ripe tomatoes
• Basil leaves

• Reduction or glaze of Balsamic
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
How to Prepare:
Slice tomato, mozzarella and basil leaves and put them on top of one another. Pour some drizzle olive and balsamic glaze, add a pinch of salt and pepper and it is ready to be enjoyed. Add some crusty bread on the side and you have dinner on the table in a few minutes.
4. Penne in Vodka
Creamy, tangy and a little indulgent.
Ingredients:
• Penne pasta
• Tomato puree
• Heavy cream
• a vodka splash
• Garlic & onion
• Parmesan cheese
• Butter and denim & olive oil
How to Prepare:
Onion and garlic are cooked on butter and olive oil and the tomato puree is added. Add a splash of vodka (otherwise it is burned out leaving flavor), stir in cream, and simmer. Toss cooked penne in the sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan; serve. It is decadent but fast to cook.
5. Chicken Piccata
A light, zesty dish that goes hand in hand as an addition to pasta or bread.
Ingredients:
• Breast Chicken (In slices)
• Flour, to sprinkle on
• Lemon juice
• Capers
• White wine (optional)
• Butter and olive oil
• Fresh parsley
How to Prepare:
Coat chicken with a substance of flour and cook in butter and olive oil until brown. Add lemon juice, capers and a splash of white wine and then simmer it to make a silky sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta or rice.
